Re: WineConf 2019: call for volunteers

The Wine funding committee reviewed the two proposals and unanimously 
chose Toronto, and also selected the dates of October 12/13.

We're going to try to formalize this process a bit for future years, but 
the thought was to have that conversation in person at this years Wine 
conference.

Thank you to Austin for offering Austin; we look forward to considering 
that another year.

I will leave it to Ulrich to announce more details formally once he has 
solidified the plans.
