Wine and DJGPP sources

Hallo,

while looking at problems with wine's msvcrt (_sys_errlist, atof),  pieces
from DJ Delorie DJGPP source code, like used in the REACTOS sources would
come handy.

Is copying.dj compatible with our license? Also not explicie telling LPGL,
copying.dj says:
* objects and libraries linked into an application may be distributed
without sources.
