It does beg the question of whether wineandroid is still useful for people.
Sadly it's mostly bitrotting at this point. Unless someone wants to work on bringing it up to date with latest Android, it's not worth spending a lot of effort on it. -- Alexandre Julliard julliard(a)winehq.org
