NO. Everyone that builds Wine from source should run make test. It should pass 100% for everyone everywhere. If does not then there is something wrong.
Yes, and there is something wrong in this case, a library is missing, so the test fails. That's the correct behavior, the test has done its job of detecting that a part of Wine is not working properly. -- Alexandre Julliard julliard(a)winehq.org
