Ignore Patch Series

Please ignore any patches from my 7-patch series, including these:
[PATCH website 1/7] Bring in CSS for rating colors from AppDB
[PATCH website 7/7] Delete the rating background images

I think my SMTP service flipped out when I tried to run git send-email
as a batch. The mailer daemon told me it might keep retrying to
redeliver some too so they may still get through, though I think it
gave up.

I'll try a resend next week once my first attempt has fallen off the
queue.
