regsvr32 with multiple arguments

Did I miss something?

Yesterday when I ran regsvr32 with multiple arguments it registered each
one.  Today it only registers the first.  Yesterday it popped up a
MessageBox with the result; today it puts the result on stdout.

Does this make sense to anyone?
