Well auto-calculating resource size might be no problematic: think
- multi-line strings might need to be split at different places
- sometimes other dialog elements may have to be moved as well (Fr
sentences are generally somewhat/much longer than En equivalents for
instance)

Additionally, tools like ResHacker (to easily visually alter
size/strings/...) might be unusable without some sort of preprocessing
if all resources are migrated to a po file.
