  - Implement string functions in comctl32.
  - Use CompareString in shlwapi wherever possible instead of ugly
    helpers.

introduced the following two problems:

  string.c:486: warning: passing arg 4 of `COMCTL32_StrRChrHelperA' from
  incompatible pointer type
  string.c:499: warning: passing arg 4 of `COMCTL32_StrRChrHelperW' from
  incompatible pointer type
