The E_OUTOFMEMORY return instead of the more typical E_NOTIMPL is slightly surprising, although I guess E_OUTOFMEMORY is possibly more likely to be handled by applications since it's listed in MSDN in the "return value" section. Anyway, this patch is okay for me.
