wine-1.8.4-rc2 Available

Hello guys,

wine-1.8.4-rc2 is now available, including the tag:

Three more fixes added on Nikolay's request:
- t2embed: Fix TTIsEmbeddingEnabled() to properly use otmpFaceName
metrics field.
- dwrite: Sanitize specified stretch value, valid range is [1, 9].
- dwrite: Fix font stretch name conversion table.

As the release commit changed this will be a forced update.
