FAQ moved to Wiki

I've pasted the content from the FAQ onto the wiki here:
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ

I'll spend some time updating it, formatting, and removing cruft this
weekend.

What I couldn't figure out how to do, however, was create a patch for
wine docs that deletes the actual en/wine-faq.sgml file from the source
code, which still lives in a CVS repository.  Could someone tell me how
to do this with cvs?
