[PATCH v7 6/7] explorer: Create display device registry fallback data if necessary.
If user driver didn't initialize the display device registry data, create some fallback data to at least make EnumDisplayDevice report a primary adapter and a monitor. Otherwise, report back the primary adapter GUID to store in the desktop HWND atom, instead of creating a new one.
