Yes, this test was my doing. I guess I misinterpreted results, and 
static desktop impl hid the issue.

By the way, regarding GetFolder(), msdn says that IShellItemArray is 
also supported, we probably can easily get away be using 
SHCreateShellItemArray; but that is a separate thing of course, that 
deserves its own patch and tests.
