FYI, wine-patches is deprecated - please send patches and other mail to wine-
devel in the future. AFAIK this time it should still be okay though.

Are those flags already needed somewhere?

We have been using this in VLC for many years (hence the old copyright
date) to debug DXGI leaks on Windows.
