Is ICU no longer a dependency of Wine?

I stumbled across this patch while browsing recent commits:

Am I correct to say that we no longer need libicu when compiling Wine?


By the way, it would be nice if someone shot off an email to wine-devel
whenever the build dependencies change (either removing or adding a lib)
-- it makes it a lot easier on we package maintainers.

Yes. Next time I'll send a message to wine-devel if I change a build
dependency.
