Sure, just go into /usr/lib/wine and delete or rename dm*.dll.so :)

if you need help i can help you: i dont know very well dsound/dmusic but i 
learn rapidly ;p

well, i have already tried it and in this case unreal2 exit with a beautiful 
msgbox saying that my directx install is broken ;(

It wont work, since some binaries can be linked to dmusic.dll at load
time
