Tahoma bold font issue

I'm having an issue with the Tahoma bold font which happens to be issue

Using tahomabd.sfd/ttf from the reactos project makes the font bold once 
again.

I don't have enough knowledge in this area to validate that it's not going
to break something else or that wine has newer changes than the one in
reactos.

How could we get this into wine?
Any advise on how to get the Tahoma font updated would be great.
