history of CVS files?

How can I see the history of files in CVS? Is there a WebCVS access provided?

Reason: I have a 20010112 version of wine running fine but current CVS 
version does not start any windows application.

cvs log filename
cvs diff -u -r1.xx -r1.yy filename

Also there is a online CVS browser on winehq.com last time I checked.

> if you have cvs setup on your machine, you can do cvs log <filename>
