user32.dll SetSystemCursor

I have noticed while trying to get a couple games to work that they
require SetSystemCursor and the function is documented here:

Anyone care to help me implement this function?

It's not the game its self GTA III  its the installer Ive got it
installing now :-)
And after getting it to install now it crashes on SafeDisk.

One of the errors I saved was:

Error Number: 0x80040707
Description: DLL function call crashed: ISRT .EnableHourGlass
