error installing ikernel.exe

Dear wine users:

  in my rh9, I try to run a video conference program, it first ask me
to install DCOM95 from microsoft's site, I did it(with some error
message, I did not fully mention)

then I try my video conference program under wine, 
it soon pop out a window complain

highly appreciate any suggestion and thanks in advance
