According to that, there are also 2 files that are GPL 3, and 2 others that are GPL 2.0, I think their stats are a bit off.
We do have two files that mention GPL 2.0 in the strings (LGPL 2.1 in the header though): programs/clock/Sv.rc programs/progman/Sv.rc -- Cheers, Paul.
