[PATCH 1/5] jscript: Pass a jsval "this" to builtin functions.
And get rid of vdisp_t since it's no longer needed. Signed-off-by: Gabriel Ivăncescu <gabrielopcode(a)gmail.com> --- The spec says that in ES3, apply and call convert null or undefined arguments to the global object, but that's wrong for builtins. Or at least, it's not how it works on Windows. In fact, passing them to builtin functions results in exceptions in many cases, because they're not objects or can't be converted to objects.
