Has CVS access changed?

I just noticed that the patch I submitted is against an old version of 
CVS, even though I did the "cvs diff" today (3/13). Did I miss a change 
to the CVS configuration, perhaps in the move to the new server? I 
currently have .cvspass with

:pserver:cvs(a)cvs.winehq.com:/home/wine Ah<Z
