Wine test update

We reviewed my list of interesting test bot vm failures:

and have assigned blame to most of them.  A few we think we can ignore, 
and we've dropped 2000 from the definition of 'interesting'.

The following glorious people volunteered to work on one or more of 
these issues:
   Andrew, Alexandre, Aric, Francois, Huw, Stefan, Piotr, Jacek, Qian, 
Hans, and Sebastian, and I've emailed Bruno to ask him to look into one.

For clarification, that's Windows 2000.
