[PATCH] wined3d: Add GPU information for Intel UHD Graphics 620.

The reported name is "Intel(R) HD Graphics (Whiskey Lake 3x8 GT2)." on
my linux laptop, but internet says this product id is UHD Graphics 620.

The vram minimum amount is a wild guess, if anyone has a better value.
