Having path P1 fixing issue and P2 changing .cmd/.exp is wrong.
Testsuite has to pass after every patch committed.

The normal procedure is: P1 (add tests); P2 (add fixes + update results)
In cases it's not possible, you may merge the two patches in a single patch
