wine-20030318 and C0000005 errors

I'm not sure what the change was, but handling of fatal errors appears to 
have gotten much better in the past month.

I'm primarily using Visual Foxpro in Wine, and C0000005 errors happen in 
various places in both Windows and Wine when using Visual FoxPro.  Up until 
recently, Wine would hang with the C5 and I'd have to kill it manually.

Now, Wine exits cleanly after I say "ok" to the C5 dialog box.
