Compiling tests with MSVC headers

Compiling with MSVC 7, using MSCV headers.

For the record:  to compile tests/dpa.c for comctl32.dll you need
the latest commctrl.h from Microsoft.

Download the SDK and copy needed files in to Visual Studio. (Or just use 
the SDK,
I think you should be able to compile C and C++ programs with it, no GUI 
included though.)
