*_queue.php files in AppDB

Hi,

Why exactly are these AppDB files needed?

./include/testData_queue.php
./include/version_queue.php
./include/application_queue.php

They are wrapper classes for submitting and processing new entries to the 
AppDB.

When submitting an entry, such as a version, we also need a testData entry, 
maybe also a maintainer, downloadurl, monitor, or distribution entry. This is 
handled in the _queue clases.
