Hello,
thank you for paying attention to this patch. Please, give me a hint how 
should I split the patch. Should I create three separate patches - shell32, 
explorer and winex11? I'm ready to do what is necessary.

That would be the first step, yes. The new WM_CONTEXTMENU etc.
notifications could also be added as separate patches.
