Translation not appearing in patches list

Hi,

I sent a patch containing a translation I added a couple of days ago, but
it hasn't appeared in the list of patches
<https://source.winehq.org/patches/>. Is there a reason for this?

what's the subject of the mail?
Did you make sure it was send properly?

Is it possible it ended up "large" ? I don't know if we have a size limit,
but same rules would apply to any patch, including translations.
