DECLARE_OLD_HANDLE ?

Hello Alexandre,

any reason why you haven't removed DECLARE_OLD_HANDLE? It's now with the
per dll -DSTRICT compilation IMO useless. Changing the remaining
DECLARE_OLD_HANDLE's to DECLARE_HANDLE didn't changed the compile
output.

No real reason, I guess I didn't want to change too many things at
once. But yes you are right, this could be removed now, I'll do that.
