wininet http test blocks

Hi, running make test blocks on wininiet http test.

two behaviours :
- running separate after 'make testclean', go in dlls/wininet and 'make
test' runs ok.

- running 'make testclean' and 'make test' in main directory to launch
all tests just stops when starting wininet test and doesn't write
anything more.
