WinHelp and reassigning bugs

Hi,

I tried to reassign this bug to Eric Pouech:

http://bugs.winehq.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1513

however it says I can't CC or reassign it to him as the email address I
used, pouech-eric(a)wanadoo.fr, is not a valid bugzilla account.

Basically, the guy has some details on the undocumented parts of how the
winhelp protocol works......
