printdlg question

Hi,

    In the PRINTDLG_WMInitDialog() and
PRINTDLG_SetUpPrinterListCombo() functions, what purpose does the
'name' variable server?  I know it's the name of the current printer,
but what role does it play in setting up the printer list combo?
