[PATCH] include: add DWRITE_MAKE_FONT_AXIS_TAG macro to dwrite_3.idl

I have attached the patch as a txt file. This is my first time submitting a
patch, I think I followed the instructions here
(https://wiki.winehq.org/Submitting_Patches) correctly but I might have
gotten things wrong, please lemme know here or on #winehackers (I am

DWRITE_MAKE_FONT_AXIS_TAG is already in dwrite_3.idl.

My bad. I just rebased and pushed my patch from a couple of weeks ago. It seems like this macro was added in 6db24a23494.
