About Bug 36092:dotnet 4.5 is supported on Wine?

I think next problem is whether wine is usable for dotnet4.5 program to
install Microsoft Office 2013,
but in default Wine registory, what number of version dotnet is (looked
by Windows apps.)to be installed?
How can I change it?
