I've looked for a forum, mailing list, or newsgroup specifically
oriented for network card device driver development, but haven't found
one.  Any suggestions?


I'm looking for an open-source friendly network card vendor -- e.g. the
vendor publicly discloses the technical information required to write
device drivers.  Does anybody have any recommendations?  If so, can you
please provide URL's to their technical information?
