Please do not use a fixed Path.
This will not work on many Systems:

nt351:       "c:\winnt351"
nt4.0 + w2k: "c:\winnt"
and every windows with a custom Install-Directory.

">0" is not correct for "char *".

The Text in your Tests are useless.
Please print error-values and received buffer-content.
