Re: msvcrt/tests: Make test_dup2() static.

Hi,

While running your changed tests on Windows, I think I found new failures.
Being a bot and all I'm not very good at pattern recognition, so I might be
wrong, but could you please double-check?

This test does not have a history of failing on the Win98SE systems at 
test.winehq.org. Yet I don't see how this could be related to my patch 
since it happens in another part of the test.
