Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 fails on CVS

For the past 2 weeks, IE6 has been failing to load under CVS.  It works
fine on wine <= .9.5, however.  And other apps work no problem.

The error I get is:

I think it wants a stub for BaseCheckAppcompatCache.
