Thanks for the contribution.  Please only add Korean resource files when
you have translated the contents into Korean.  Wine will fall back to
using the English resources by default.

When you submit a new translation, please use diff -u /dev/null to
generate the diff, something like this:

diff -u /dev/null programs/wcmd/Ko.rc > wcmd-ko.diff
