I forgot to mention that with
"winmm: GetCurrentPadding is superfluous while recording"
in git, the ALSA patch 82525 can be applied to enforce
strict checking of method sequencing:
"winealsa: Fix AudioCaptureClient Get/ReleaseBuffer protocol"
