We should probably rename it. UPSTREAM is not a good name for the way we

NOTOURBUG or 3RDPARTY seem to be the most common.

NOTOURBUG would be clearer to users. We generally refer to things like PlayOnLinux, Wineskin, etc. as "third party," so using that could potentially cause some confusion.
