Regitry Load*RegistryFiles options oboleted?

Hi,

Did the regsitry section options:
LoadGlobalRegistryFiles and LoadHomeRegistryFiles
got obsoleted?

It is not in misc/registry.c or anywhere else in the
source other than in documentation dir.

When was it obsoleted? why?
