Where does richedit20.dll fit in the to-do list?

Dear Sir,

While installing an application the installation stops for a long while
copying ,Richedit20.dll, and finally I get the message cannot copy file may
be disk full.

I have more than 10 GB free.

Can you enlighten me please ?
