Incorrect tooltip size

Hi,
our appliction is affected by this bug 
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14336. Would you please give me 
a hint and point me to the right direction? I am ready to fix this, if 
it doesn't require to rewrite the component completely ;)

Hi, Roman.

I can only suggest to try and debug it, tracing tooltip messages,
painting sequence, and window size (that is possibly not adjusted
correctly).
