If I manually type the expected filename in the url, then I can download

It's the CDN sync issue. Just add a question mark to the end of the URL and you'll get the full list.

I need to add that directory to the list of dirs that have a 1 hour 
expiration time. Otherwise, they don't expire in the cache for months.

For future reference, if I'm not told to set expiration on a dir, it 
won't have it.

Found the problem. The regex was set to numerical so it did not set the 
expire on a .x.

I fixed the regex, and purged that dir from the cache, so it should be 
good now.

wine-gecko/ as well.
