process.c problem update

Ok, I finally implemented the right checks in
process.c to get the Unreal Tournament-based
installers working properly, now all I have to do is
make the diff and submit it.  The code is very ugly
and I was wondering if someone would volunteer to
clean it up, since I'm not sure if it will be
committed in it's current state...

Also, will be included a fix for Blizzard Installers
that "cant find program start menu".  Seems there is a
missing registry entry...
