winehq 32bit configuration doesn't work on WLinux

it says

config.status: executing include/stamp-h commands config.status: executing
tools/makedep commands config.status: executing Makefile commands
./config.status: line 551: tools/makedep: cannot execute binary file: Exec
format error config.status: error: could not create Makefile

This seems to be an unknown error case.

You're running on the "Windows Subsystem for Linux", and this is expected.
WSL does not support 32bit binaries.

AFAIK there's nothing wine could do here.
